Returns & Exchanges
At Cattle Kate we have an unconditional 30 day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must first request authorization to do so. Please read our return policy and if you meet the guidelines for a return or exchange email us with your request at cattlekateinc@gmail.com.
Special Notice for Christmas Ordering: If you order November 1st through December 15th for early Christmas shopping, we will allow you 60 days to return or exchange an item.
Cattle Kate Return Policy:
It’s simple! Email us for an authorization describing what item(s) you would like to return/exchange at cattlekateinc@gmail.com. However, here are some important things to understand:

You have up to 30 days from the date you received the product (according to your tracking number) to contact us regarding a refund. Special Orders are not subject to a return.

Absolutely no returns on used, washed or worn items. If item is not returned in original condition a 60% restocking fee will apply.

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility and we strongly suggest that you insure any shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

In a rare circumstance where you may have received an item other than the one you ordered, or item was received damaged please contact us so that we can immediately remedy the error.
- Specially Ordered items are NON_REFUNDABLE.

A Return Authorization number will be issued to you. This number must appear on the outside of your package.

Return authorization requests are handled like normal emails, and are generally responded to within 48 business hours; though in some instances this may take longer.

The RA number you are issued will expire in 15 days. Please make sure you return the items in a timely manner.

If a credit is requested, we will issue a credit to your account with in 14 days after receipt of goods. Refunds will be issued in the same manner of payment that was received. Please Note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

No returns after 30 days of receipt! If the 30 days have expired and you are not satisfied with your order, an exchange, store credit, or 20% restocking fee will be issued.

Instructions on where/how to return will arrive by email with your Return Authorization Code. Normally within one business day after submitting (office is closed weekends and holidays)

Return Authorization Instructions:
Step 1. Carefully read over our Return Policy.
Step 2. Email us your request, by doing so you agree that you “have read and understand the return policy”.
Step 3. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number upon approval of completed form usually within 1-2 business days. Authorizations are sent to the email address you specify in the form. If you have not received your Return Authorization number, please be sure to check your email Bulk Mail Folder or Spam Folder before contacting us.
Step 4. Once you have received your Return Authorization number, carefully pack the product(s) into a shipping box and tape securely. Your RA # MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging. Your package will not be accepted without one!
Step 5. Cattle Kate highly recommends you use delivery confirmation or insure your parcel. Sorry, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Please ship your package to:
